Section 64(2) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(2)For the purpose of granting academic autonomy to any of the colleges affiliated to the University, the provisions contained in Chapter VIII B of the Kerala University Act, 1974 (17 of 1974) shall, mutatis mutandis, be applicable and the Vice-Chancellor of the University shall also include in the Autonomy Approval Committee relating to the grant ot autonomy under the said Chapter and the words and expressions used in the said Chapter shall have the same meaning as defined in the said Act.
