Section 15(5) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972
(5)[ The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the Board or any person authorised by the Board in this behalf and the Director [or any person authorised by him in this behalf] [Inserted by the West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1975, section 5.] shall have the right to attend any meeting of any market committee without any right to vote in such meeting.]
