Section 109(3) in The Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(3)The State Bench of the Appellate Tribunal shall be situated at Jammu/Srinagar:Provided that the Government shall, by notification, constitute such number of Area Benches in the State, as may be required.
