Section 22 in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
22. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(a)the Executive Council;(b)the Academic Council;(c)the Planning and Evaluation (Monitoring) Board;(d)the Finance Committee;(e)the Board of Studies; and(f)such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the St to be the authorities of the University.
