1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Journalism and Mass-Communication University Act, 2004.(2)It shall come in to force on its date of publication in official gazette.(3)It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh.
