12. Annual determination of tariff.
- 12.1 The Commission shall determine the tariff of a Generating Company or Licensee covered under a multi-year tariff framework for each financial year during the control period, at the commencement of such financial year, having regard to the following:(a)The approved forecast of aggregate revenue requirement including the incentive available for the Generating Company or Licensee and expected revenue from tariff and charges for such financial year, including approved modifications to such forecast; and(b)Approved gains and losses to be passed through in tariffs, following the annual performance review.
