Section 13(a) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
(a)The licensee under these rules shall obtain supplies of foreign liquor from any wholesale licensee after making full payment of cost price of foreign liquor including all taxes, duties and cess as levied from time to time. The licensee shall place indent at-least 72 hours in advance to the wholesale licensee from whom he intends to procure the supply of foreign liquor.
