Section 12 in The Bihar School Examination Board Regulations, 1964

The meeting to be held in the month of March shall be called the Annual meeting. In case more than one meeting is held in the month of March the Chairman shall declare one of these meetings to be the Annual meeting of the Board and it shall be so indicated in the agenda. The Board at the Annual meeting shall amongst other business-(a)consider and pass with or without any amendment the Budget Estimates of the Board for the next financial year as prescribed and presented by the Secretary;(b)consider the Statement of Accounts for the previous financial year and the revised estimates of the current financial year as prepared and presented by the Secretary and take such action as it deems fit;(c)consider any other item relating to improvement in the working of the Board.
