Section 6(1) in The Goa Entertainment Tax Act, 1964
(1)The Commissioner [* * *] [The words 'or any Officer of Government duly authorized in writing by him in this behalf' omitted by the Amendment Act 20 of 2006.], may enter any place of entertainment while the entertainment is proceeding, and any place ordinarily used as a place of entertainment at any reasonable time with a view to inspect whether the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder are being complied with.
