Section 3(1) in The Rajasthan Tax on Luxuries (In Hotels and Lodging Houses) Rules, 1997
(1)An Application for registration under Section 12 shall be submitted in Form VAT-01 appended to the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, in the manner provided therein, to the authority competent to grant registration.
