(8)The Rajasthan Prevention of Juvenile Smoking Act, 1950 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1950)Section 1. - For Sub-section (2), substitute the following:-"(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan."Section 2. - Omit clause (iii).Section 5. - Omit "as adapted to Rajasthan".Section 6. - Omit the whole.Section 7. - Omit the whole.
