In the interest of justice last opportunity is granted to the Officers of 3 Cities i.e. Hapur, Ghaziabad and Meerut the Member Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to remain present before us on 23rd December, 2014. In the event of default, we would be compelled to pass coercive Orders against these Officers.
