Section 9(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(1)An application for the registration of a society shall be made to the Registrar, and shall be accompanied by four copies of the proposed bye-laws of the society and the persons by whom or on whose behalf such application is made shall furnish such information in regard to the society as are required by the Rules framed under this Act
