Section 19(1) in The Orissa Zilla Parishad (Conduct of Business) Rules, 1996
(1)Minutes of the proceedings of every meeting of the Parishad shall be drawn up and recorded by the Secretary in such language, to be decided by the Parishad, in a book to be kept in the Parishad for the purpose which shall be signed by the presiding member after each meeting including every corrections therein.
