(5)The Syndicate may, from time to time, make any proposals for new Statutes or for the amendment or repeal of any of die existing Statutes to the Chancellor.Provided that in academic matters or matters relating to teachers or students, the Syndicate shall consult the Academic Council before making any such proposal.
