The assessee has filed an appeal against the order of the ld. CIT(A)-2, Jaipur dated 01-01-2016 for the assessment year 2012-13. 2.1 During the course of hearing, the ld. AR of the assessee has prayed for withdrawal of the appeal for which ld. DR has no objection. Hence, we allow to withdraw the appeal.
