(2)Except as provided in these rules, other service conditions to the post(s) as specified in column number 2 of Schedule-I, shall be regulated by other rules applicable to the employees of the Government, made under the provisions to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, by the appropriate authority and for the time being in force.
