Section 73(4) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(4)The Corporation can take assistance of a company, firm, society, trust or any other agency or any Government agency that is established under any existing rules, to execute any type of project relating to urban infrastructure related with facilities. The Corporation, can also execute works with the help of such private agency.
