Section 38(1) in Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gujarat Act, 2010
(1)A member of any authority, other than an ex-officio member, may resign by writing under his signature, addressing to the Chancellor. The person shall cease to be a member upon his resignation being accepted by the Chancellor.
