Section 3(b) in The Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods Under the Preferential Trade Agreement Between the Governments of the Republic of India and Malaysia) Rules, 2011
(b)the goods are not wholly obtained or produced in the territory of the exporting Party but the said goods are eligible for preferential treatment under rule 5 or rule 6.
