Section 258 in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
258. Resignation.
- A member of the Board, not being an ex-officio member or a member representing the State Government, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to the State Government and on such resignation being accepted by the Stare Government, his office shall fall vacant on the date on which such resignation is accepted.
