Section 3B(1) in The Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971
(1)The Slum Rehabilitation Authority concerned, with the previous sanction of the State Government, shall prepare or amend the general Slum Rehabilitation Scheme for the areas specified under sub-section (1) of section 3A, for rehabilitation or relocation of protected occupiers and other occupiers of the building in such areas.
