Section 16(1) in The Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005
(1)Every dealer whose turnover during the twelve months immediately preceding the commencement of this Act exceeds the limits specified in sub-section (1) of Section 4 shall gel himself registered in the prescribed manner within thirty days of the commencement of the Act.
