Section 15 in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence
15. Compliance with the Grid Code.
- 15.1 The Licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Grid Code in so far as applicable to it.15.2The Commission may on reasonable grounds and after consultation with any affected Generating Companies and Suppliers issue directions relieving the Licensee of its obligation under Condition 15.1 in respect of such parts of the Grid Code and to such extent as may be specified in those directions.
