Section 4(1) in A.P. Intelligent Global Hub For Digital Pedagogies Act, 2019

(1)A Governing Council consisting of eleven persons shall form the apex body of the Institution and shall be responsible for the general superintendence and direction of the affairs of the Institution and shall have the power to review the work of the Board.
