(3)The children's court making a supervision order under sub-section (2) shall explain to the child and the patent, guardian or other fit person, as the case may be, under whose care the child has been placed, the terms and conditions of the order and shall forth with furnish one copy of the supervision order to the child, the parent, guardian or other fir person, as the case may be, the sureties, if any, and the probation officer.
