As prayed for, let this case be listed under the same heading after three weeks to enable the appellant to take steps for correction of name of appellant in the cause title in judgment under appeal, as it is submitted that applicant no.1 Mahura Bhagat died during the pendency of probate case and thereafter substitution application was filed which was allowed but due to mistake names of his heir and successors have been left out to be incorporated.
