Section 29(29) in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2004
29.2The State Government shall, notwithstanding any direction which may be given under Section 108 of the Act, pay in advance on a quarterly basis this amount of subsidy to the Petitioner. This amount shall be deposited in the account of the Petitioner at the beginning of each quarter.
