23. Annual report.
- The Board shall prepare and forward to the Al India Khadi and Village Industries Board and State Government in sue manner as may be prescribed an annual report within three months from the end of a financial year. Every such report shall be laid before the State Legislature as soon as may be after it is received by the State Government
