Section 3 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
3. Notification of areas.
- Whenever it appears to the State Government that in any area it is desirable to provide for soil and water conservation, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare the area to be a notified area for the purposes of this Act.
