(4)Any person who violates the provisions of any other section of this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term, not being less than one month, which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.] [Inserted by Act 35 of 2002, w.e.f. 01.09.2003.]
