Section 37(iii) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(iii)For any building within thika tenanted land having exceeding 9.50 metres, the Calcutta Municipal Corporation Building Rules, as apply in general building in areas other than thika tenanted lands, shall apply.
