Section 17(1) in Master of Business Administration (Sic Computer Application) Course (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)After offering admission to all the candidates whose names appear in the merit list or after completion of the admission process, if seats remain vacant, such vacant seats shall be filled by the College or Institute, in accordance with the directions of the Admission Committee and in the manner prescribed in sub-rule (2).
