Section 12(iii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(iii)For securing presence of the witness, the Arbitrator may issue subpoena process with necessary direction, if any.
