(6)in deciding the right of persons to obtain a ballot paper under this rule, the Presiding Officer at any polling station may interpret an entry in the electoral roll so as to overlook merely clerical or printing errors, provided that he is satisfied that such person is identical with the voter to whom such entry relates.
