Section 12(2) in Karnataka Payment of Subsistence Allowance Act, 1988
(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power rules may be made for regulating,-(a)all matters expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed;(b)the manner in which, and the conditions subject to which the subsistence allowance is payable; and(c)the restrictions and conditions subject to which powers under this Act may be delegated.
