Section 12(i) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960
(i)In case of suspected tuberculosis, the Veterinary Officer shall conduct or cause to be conducted intradermal test which may be repeated on the animal and if, after such test, he is satisfied that the case is a positive one, he shall immediately -
