Section 47(2) in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
(2)When a temporary vacancy occurs in such an office by reason of the suspension of the hereditary trustee under section 45, subsection (1), or by reason of his supersession under section 46, subsection (3), the next in the line of succession shall be entitled to succeed and discharge the functions of the trustee until his disability ceases.
