Section 17(1) in Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission Act, 2012
(1)The Commission shall have its own fund, and all sums which may, from time to time, be paid to it by the Government and all the receipts of the Commission including any sum which the Central Government or any other authority or person may handover to the Commission shall be credited to such fund.
