Section 91 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
91. Permission to build.
- After the plans are finally approved by the Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Officer concerned the licensing authority may grant permission in writing to the applicant to put up the cinema in accordance with the plans finally approved, provided the permission granted under these rules does not dispense with the necessity of obtaining the requisite sanction under the municipal Acts or any other law for the time being in force.
