Section 7(2)(a) in Nagaland Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1972

(a)in a municipality town with clearly demarcated boundary and having a separate local administration or a cantonment-

(i)within seven days from the date of birth or still birth; and

(ii)within three days from the date of death;
