(3)[ One-half of the number of the members of the Committee shall make a quorum for transaction of business at any meeting :] [[Sub-section (3) along with its proviso substituted by W.B. Previous sub-section (3) was as under :-'(3) No business shall be transacted at any meeting of a Committee unless at least one-half of the number of the members of the Committee are present.']]Provided that no quourm shall be necessary for an adjourned meeting.
