33. Bar of jurisdiction of civil court.
- No civil court shall have jurisdiction to deal with or decide any question which the State Government, the Authority or any officer appointed by the Authority or the Commissioner or the Tribunal is empowered to deal with or decide by or under this Act.(2)No order passed under this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder by the State Government, the Authority or any officer appointed by the Authority, the Commissioner or by the Tribunal, shall be called in question in any civil court.
