Section 63 in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
63. Annual Report.
- The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Court on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the Court at the annual meeting. The Court may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Executive Council which may take such action as it thinks fit, and the Executive Council shall inform the Court at its next meeting of the action taken by it or if no action is taken, the reasons for taking no action.
