(e)If the Sub-divisional Education Officer or the Deputy Inspector of Schools is satisfied that a Maulavi or Sanskrit teacher can teach the whole of the course prescribed for the class of school in which, he is employed, he may be paid at the same rate as a trained teacher, but not otherwise.
