(6)All withdrawals shall be made by cheques or requisitions, as the case may be, singed by the secretary-cum-treasurer in the case of amounts not exceeding rupees one thousand and signed duly by the secretary-cum-treasure and other member of the board of management to be norminated by the State advisory board.
