Section 25 in State Bank of India Employees Pension Fund Regulations, 2014
25. Employees engaged in any country outside India.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (a) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 8, the regulations may be extended by the Central Board to apply to employees engaged in any country outside India and appointed for service in such country, to such extent, for such period and subject to such conditions and modifications as the Central Board may deem fit.
