Section 15 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
15. Voting. - (1) [At every general meeting] [Words substituted for the words 'Subject to the provisions of clause (i) of section 6B of the Act, at every general meeting' by W.B. Act 31 of 1963.] of the Society, whether annual or extraordinary, all questions shall be decided by votes of the members of the Society present, taken by show of hands.
(2)In case of an equality of votes, the person presiding at the meeting shall have a casting vote.
