Section 3(6) in The Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904
(6)[ "Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra" shall mean the area of the State of Maharashtra excluding the Vidarbha region, and the Hyderabad area, of that State;] [This clause was inserted by the Maharashtra Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1960.]
