38. Power of the Commissioner exercisable with the approval of the standing Committee.
- Whenever the Commissioner takes any action in anticipation of he approval, sanction, consent or concurrence of the Corporation in pursuance of the powers delegated to him under Section 35 he shall forthwith inform the Mayor.
